About the Community

Our community is located in La Canada, CA, adjacent to the world famous Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Created in 1966, the property consists of a 39+ acre site, containing 94 lots. 90 of those lots are homeowner lots. Four of the lots are common lots. Lot 91 contains an open recreational area with a large lawn, pine trees, and other foliage. At one time it was a putting green and is still often referred to that way. It is often used for various social events. Lot 92 contains more recreational area, consisting of a pool, tennis court, basketball ½ court, another large lawn, and children’s swing. This area usually hosts our annual Mesa picnic. Lots 93 and 94 contain natural slope areas.
