Cardinal Management has been selected by the Starlight Mesa Board of Governors to provide financial management services as of January 1st, 2011.  The Board of Governors is making this change to improve service. 


You will receive a letter of introduction from Cardinal Management within a week.


Dues payment


Please pay the quarterly dues of $465.00 due on January 1st 2011 to:

If you have already sent your dues payment to The Management Emporium do not be concerned.  The Management Emporium will be forwarding all payments as well as account records to Cardinal Management.


Before the second quarter of 2011 (April 1), homeowners will receive quarterly statements.  Instructions will come at that time to either set-up direct debit payment of dues or the mailing of dues directly to a new Starlight Mesa bank account.
