Jenny Low – replacement windows: GG reviewed this request to change windows. The homeowner is replacing multiple windows. Because of updated zoning/fire safety requirements, several of them need to be lower than the existing windows but will otherwise be in the same location on the house. The Board approved the proposal.
SP advised that Jose is in the middle of the hillside brush clearance project.
JE has ordered the new sign for the steps down to the pool and will ask Jose to install it
SP asked about the cover that is supposed to be erected on the water heater at 241 Starlane. GG had contacted the homeowner and was advised that they are not yet done with renovations and will add the water heater cover later in the process.
AC reported that the operating account had $42,465 – though many checks haven’t cleared – and the reserve account had $81k. We are generally on budget through the first 4 months of the year. Homeowner dues payments have been good and many delinquent accounts were paid. Only one homeowner is significantly in arrears.
GG advised that he had reviewed available dates in October for the community picnic. The Board approved October 1, 2017 at 5 p.m. for the picnic, to be held at the community pool.
GG advised that he had not yet found anyone to take over the pool renovation project.
