Board of Governors’ Meeting

March 24, 2008

Present were: Joe Varraveto, Tom Cwik, Joe Bergen, Christian Jagenberg and Tanya Zimmerman.

Meeting was called to order by President Joe Varraveto at 7:45 pm.

Minutes of February 11, 2008 meeting were approved.

Financial report:  For February was approved. Next meeting to be held 3rd Monday of each month to make sure we receive Management Emporium's Report.

Culverts:  Mrs. Wright's and property below Mariner's View were both approved totaling $ 6,100.00.

Pool House's Solar Heating System:  Solar powered is heated all year but sun needs to cooperate.

Berryman Roof:  project approved

Culverts:  Below 316 Starlane as well as removal of " fallen " tree will get bid and Board to approve at next meeting.

Gardening:  Contract was signed

Lot 18:  Viro Rd. Driveway is owned by L.O.H. Investments, Tanya Zimmerman to further investigate.

Pool House Renovation:  Joe Bergen to get bid.

Upper Stardust brush control/mulch project was approved at a cost of approximately $4,250.00- $4,400.00 to be paid by landscaping allocated in budget of $ 5,000.00.

Next Board Meeting to be held 4/21/08 at Joe Bergen's house.

Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
